**Call today for more information and your supply of TEMCO Express labels.  Labels are similar to the one shown below.  For emergency situations, please print out this page and cutout the label shown below.  This can be attached to the commutator and returned to TEMCO in times when an emergency occurs (see instructions below). 

Instructions for TEMCO Express:

1. Call TEMCO at 1-800-356-2211 (or 1-814-725-9621 if calling internationally).  If after hours, the phone will be answered at our guard house.  Give them your name and the number where you can be reached, and they'll contact our personnel at home.

2. Fill out the Commutator Quote Form and Submit or Print Out & Fax it to our offices in the USA at 1-814-725-3620. (go to form now)

3. Affix TEMCO Express label to outside of product to alert our Receiving Department, and ship along with a paper copy of the Commutator Quote form.

4. Please advise TEMCO of how and when commutator was shipped, carrier name, and any other pertinent information that would aid in tracing the shipment.  Please provide home phone numbers of your personnel should any clarification be necessary.

5. You will be notified upon our receipt of your commutator and apprised of our non-stop emergency rebuild schedule.
